VERO / QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

BEFORE
WE TALK.

Some useful answers for players, coaches and clubs. If your question is more specific, start a conversation with us.

GOOD QUESTIONS.
CLEAR STARTS.

We keep the first step simple. Find the route that fits your enquiry, share the useful context and we can take it from there.

01 / PLAYERS & COACHES

STARTING A CONVERSATION.

01How do I approach VERO about representation?

Use the contact form and tell us who you are, your current role or position, your club and what you hope to do next. Coaches can choose “Coach” on the same form. A short introduction is enough to begin.

02What should I include in my first message?

Share your current football situation, playing position or coaching role, experience and the kind of opportunity you are seeking. If you have a public match, highlights or professional profile link, you can include it. There is no file upload on the website; we can discuss additional materials later.

03Does sending an enquiry make me a VERO client?

No. An enquiry starts a conversation. If working together makes sense, the scope and terms of any representation would be discussed directly and recorded in a written agreement where applicable. For general background, see FIFA’s explanation of representation agreements .

04Does VERO work only in women’s football?

Women’s football is the focus of this VERO website and the work presented here. We welcome relevant enquiries from players, coaches and clubs within that space.

02 / CLUBS

A USEFUL BRIEF.

05How should a club send a recruitment request?

Use the club brief form. Tell us whether you need a player or coach, the role, your target timing and what a good fit looks like. Competition level, location, budget range and practical requirements help if you can share them.

06Are players and coaches on the site available for a move?

A public profile shows career information; it does not confirm availability or contract status. If someone interests your club, contact VERO with the context of the opportunity so the right conversation can happen.

03 / PRACTICAL DETAILS

AFTER YOU WRITE.

07What happens after I submit a form?

The website attempts to send your message to VERO’s enquiry inbox. It tells you whether the mail server accepted it. That notice cannot confirm final inbox delivery. If the form cannot send, you can open a prepared email or copy the details and email us directly at verofootballagency@gmail.com.

08How is my enquiry handled?

VERO uses the information you send to consider and respond to the enquiry. Website enquiry correspondence is kept for one year after the last message about it, unless a legal obligation requires longer. Read the full privacy information before sending personal details.
